By progressing down the menu, the payroll process will be completed.

Minimum Compensation Access Level Required: Branch Manager

 

Payroll Process

Loan Revenue and Commissions – Takes you to the Loan Commissions report where closed and funded loans can be verified for the pay period and fees and commissions can be reviewed.
Bonuses – Takes you to the Employee Bonuses screen where bonuses can be reviewed and/or added employees.
Profit Withdrawal – Takes you to the Branch Manager Profit Withdrawal Request screen where a profit withdrawal can be requested.
Payroll Transactions – Takes you to the Payroll Transaction Details report where all transactions and any adjustments can be viewed.
Balances: Current Payroll and Account Balance Summary – Takes you to the Payroll and Account Balance Summary where you can view a summary of current payroll amounts (bonus, commissions, profit adjustments, accruing balances for recoverable earnings, marketing acccounts and unpaid draws).
Draws – Takes you to the Employee Draws Unpaid report which assists management and track outstanding payments owed to the branch.
Send Notification Emails to Loan Originators – Takes you to the Email Notification screen where all active LO’s are sent an email with a direct link to their commission report. (Note: LO’s have access to the loan records in their name only).
Verificatons & Comments – Takes you to the Loan Compensation Verification screen where all commissions and bonuses are verified or disputed for pay period.
Marketing Account Adjustments – Takes you to the Marketing Account Balance Adjustment screen where a marketing account adjustment can be requested.

Review Setup

Compensation Schedules By Employees – Takes you to the Active Compensation Schedules Per LO report where you can review all current compensation schedules for all employees.
Allocations by Employees – Takes you to the Allocations by Employee report where you can review all current allocations for all employees.

All Reports - Takes you to the Report Directory where you can search and run all system reports.
