How do I impersonate a user?

To impersonate a user,

1. From the main menu, click the gear icon.
2. Click Impersonate
3. From the nCino Incentive Compensation Management Administration – Impersonate a User page, select the employee from the Emp dropdown list.
   
4. Click Impersonate.

A red bar will appear at the top of the menu, indicating you are in impersonation mode.

To Switch Impersonation,

1. From the main menu, click the gear icon.
2. Click Switch Impersonation. This option is only available while in impersonation mode.
3. From the nCino Incentive Compensation Management Administration – Impersonate a User page, select the employee from the Emp dropdown list.
4. Click Impersonate.

To End Impersonation,

1. From the main menu, click the gear icon.
2. Click End Impersonation
