How long does it take to update from the LOS?

The time to update nCino Incentive Compensation depends on your LOS and whether or not it integrates with nCino Incentive Compensation.

Loan Updates

If your LOS integrates with nCino Incentive Compensation, loans update throughout the day. We recommend checking back in an hour or so for loan updates.

If your LOS does not integrate with nCino Incentive Compensation, your company will need to submit a new loan file and wait for processing to finish.

Employee, Region, and Branch Updates

If Employee, Region, and Branch information is brought in via integration, it will update overnight.
