Marketing Account Balances

The Marketing Account Balances Report provides the user with an overview of the current state of all marketing accounts.

Minimum Compensation Access Level Required: Own Production

Accessing the Report

To access this report:

  1. From the nCino Incentive Compensation menu, click “Report ▼"
  2. Click “All“
  3. Click “Account Balances“
  4. Click the "Marketing Account Balances" Report

Reading the Report

This report includes the following columns:

  • Br #: Branch number of the employee. Click this to go to that branch’s details page
  • LO: Name of the employee. Click this to go to that employee’s details page
  • Balance: Balance of the employee’s marketing account. Click this to go to their Marketing Account Transactions page

Exporting the Report

To export this page, click the export icon at the top right.

This export includes the following additional column(s):

  • Emp #: Employee number for the LO
