Why are my draws not recapturing?
If your draws are not recapturing, you might need to use the Process Unpaid Draws button to calculate unpaid draws for the current pay period.
Minimum Compensation Access Level - Executive
To access and use the Process Unpaid Draws tool:
From the menu, nCino Incentive Compensation click Payroll > Corp Payroll Menu.
In the Corporate Payroll section, click Process Unpaid Draws.
Use the Payroll dropdown menu to confirm which payroll you want to process draws for.
Click Yes to process unpaid draws.
A confirmation dialog box will appear. You will receive a system email when the draw processing is done.
