Auto Push the Button (PTB) Company Parameters

nCino Incentive Compensation offers two Company Parameters to control when the Push the Button feature is automatically activated.

 

Admins can view their Company Parameters by navigating to the gear icon > Company Profile header > Company Parameters. If you would like to change a Company Parameter, reach out to https://incentivehelp.ncino.com/hc/en-us.

Auto PTB After Lockdown

  • Description: If True, Incentive Compensation automatically runs Push the Button to calculate draws after lockdown is complete.

  • Possible Values:

    • "True"

    • "False"

  • Notes: nCino recommends you use PTB after lockdown to ensure draws calculate using the final pay amounts. If this Company Parameter is enabled, the system does that automatically.

 

Auto Push the Button

  • Description: Set to Between Previous Pay Date + 1 and Lock Down to have Incentive Compensation automatically push the button everyday between the previous pay date, plus 1 day and the current payroll period lock down date. Set to After Verification Due Date to automatically PTB after the current payroll period's verification due date. By default, it's set to Off.

  • Possible Values:

    • "Off"

    • "After Verification Due Date"

    • "Between Previous Pay Date + 1 and Lock Down" - This option automatically runs PTB multiple times a day. This occurs every day between one day after the previous pay date and the current period's lock down date.
