Loan Volume by Assignment Role Report
The Loan Volume by Assignment Role Report provides a list of loan information broken down by employees in specific assignment roles. This allows you to gauge an employee's performance in specific roles, or to compare employees in the same role.
Minimum Compensation Access Level Required: Own Production
Accessing the Report
To access this report,
- From the nCino Incentive Compensation menu, click "Report ▼" .
- Click "All".
- Click "Production".
- Click the "Loan Volume by Assignment Role" report.
Reading the Report
- Br#: Branch number of the employee. Click to view the branch details page.
- Employee: Employee name. Click to view the employee details page.
- Assignment: Assignment the employee has been on a loan during the time period.
- Units: Number of completed loans the employee has been assigned to that role for.
- Volume: Total amount of all completed loans the employee has been assigned in that role for the time period.
- Avg Units per Mo: Average number of loans completed with the employee in that assignment.
- Avg Vol per Mo: Average volume of loans completed with the employee in that assignment.
- Rank #: Rank of the employee in that assignment for the number of units completed.
- Rank $: Rank of the employee in that assignment for volume.
Exporting the Report
To export this page, click the export icon.
This export includes the following columns in addition to the columns in the online version:
- Reg: Region the employee’s branch is in.
- Emp #: Employee number
