LO Compensation by Property Location Report
The LO Compensation by Property Location Report allows users to review commissions earned by LOs and LOAs based on their property locations.
Minimum Compensation Access Level Required: Executive
Accessing the Report
To access this report:
- From the nCino Incentive Compensation menu, click "Report ▼".
- Click "All".
- Click "Payroll Audit".
- Click the "LO Compensation by Property Location" Report.
Reading the Report
This report includes the following columns:
- Br #: Branch number of the loan
- Loan #: Loan number
- Borrower: Borrower’s name on the loan
- St: State the loan property resides in
- LA: Loan amount
- Applic: Application date of the loan
- Completed: Completed date of the loan
- LO: Loan Originator on the loan
- LO NMLS: Loan originator’s NMLS number
- LO Pay: Loan originator’s pay for the loan
- LOA: Loan originator assistant on the loan
- LOA Pay: Loan originator assistant’s pay for the loan
- LOA NMLS: Loan originator assistant’s NMLS number
