Loan Assignment Process

This article outlines how nCino Incentive Compensation assigns employees to loans based on the data from the loan origination system (LOS).

Overview

Employees are assigned to loans based on the employee information in the loan file.

Here is the general process:

  1. System receives loan data from your LOS
  2. For each employee in the loan data, the system attempts to match the provided data to an employee record in your LOS
  3. Once a matching employee record has been found, the system associates it with the employee listed on the loan.
  4. Employee record information is added to the XML data to be sent to nCino Incentive Compensation.
  5. The loan record XML is sent to nCino Incentive Compensation
  6. If one of the following is true, the system will match employee in the file with the corresponding employee in nCino Incentive Compensation.
    1. Employee ID (also known as "employee number") in file matches employee ID in system.

    2. Email in file matches primary email in system and file has no employee ID.

    3. Employee ID in file matches alternate employee ID in system and email is empty or matches either primary or alternate email.

    4. Email in file matches alternate email and employee ID is empty or matches either primary or alternate employee ID.

  7. If an employee on the loan is unable to match with an employee record in nCino Incentive Compensation, it will be ignored.

This process is repeated each time a loan change is made.
