Why doesn't a loan that funded/closed show up in the Completed report?

On the Completed Report, ensure that the chosen Date Range includes the loan’s Completed date.

If the loan is still not Completed, check the following in your Loan Origination System (LOS):

 

• The loan fits the criteria to be marked Complete. This is typically Funded, Closed, or Disbursed. Refer to your company's completed logic settings to check.

• Ensure the loan includes a valid name as the Loan Originator.

• If you should be listed on the loan, ensure you are listed correctly.

 

To check a specific loan in nCino Incentive Compensation, use the Search tool () on the right of the top menu and enter the loan number. From the Loan Details page, you can ensure the information in nCino Incentive Compensation matches what’s in the LOS.

If the information is up to date in your LOS but not in nCino Incentive Compensation, reach out to your payroll admin for assistance.
