Changes in Compensation After Period Locked
The Changes in Compensation After Period Locked report lists all changes in compensation that occurred after a period was locked. This is useful to ensure that employees are compensated correctly, using manual adjustments after lockdown.

Access the Report
To access this report:

From thenCino Incentive Compensation menu, click Report ▼.

Click All.

Click the Payroll Audit header.

Click the Changes in Compensation After Period Locked report.
Read the Report
This report includes the following filters / display options:

Region, Branch, and Employee Filtering Tool: Used to filter the information on the report. For information on using this tool, refer to How do I filter reports?.

Payroll Period Selector: Used to select the payroll period shown on the report. For information on using this tool, refer to How do I use the date selectors?.
This report includes the following columns:

Br #: Branch Number for the branch of the employee. Click to view branch details.

Employee: Employee name. Click to view employee details.

Loan #: Loan number for the loan related to the compensation. Click to view loan details.

Borrower: Borrower's last name.

Completed: Loan's completed date.

Audit Date: Date the post-lockdown pay audit took place. Audit typically occurs due to changes in compensation plan or loan data.

Paid Amt: Amount paid to the employee.

Late Amt: Compensation the employee was marked for after lockdown.

Total Amt: Total amount the employee should be paid.

View: Link to view all changes after lockdown for that loan.
Export the Report
To export this page, click the export icon.
This export contains all columns available in the online report, as well as the following columns:
