Loans Completed by Branch Report

The Loans Completed by Branch Report provides an overview of the production of each branch in the company. This is useful for tracking trends, and performance of each individual branch.

Minimum Compensation Access Level Required: Sub-Branch

Accessing the Report

To access this report,

  1. From the nCino Incentive Compensation menu, click "Report ▼" .
  2. Click "All".
  3. Click "Production".
  4. Click the "Loans Completed by Branch" report.

Reading the Report

Loans Completed by Branch report. Columns are described below.
  • Br #: Branch number of the branch. Click to view the individual loans completed in that branch.
  • # Loans: Number of loans completed by that branch
  • Sum LA: Total loan amount (volume) of the loans completed by that branch
  • Avg # Days: Average number of days between application and completion of a loan
  • Avg Price: Average buy price for selling the loan in the secondary market
  • Avg Yield: Average interest yield on the loans
  • Avg Orig: Average origination fee
  • Avg Disc: Average discount fee
  • Avg Fees: Average of all fees
  • Avg LP: Average of all lender-paid fees
  • Avg Chg: Average Charge. Based on the charge fee brought over via XML, if any.
  • Avg Revenue: Average revenue on the loans
