Users with Executive Level Access Report

The Users with Executive Level Access report displays all employees that have executive compensation access levels

This report is especially useful ensuring that only the employees who require executive level access are granted it.

Minimum Compensation Access Level Required: Executive

Accessing the Report

To access this report,

  1. From the nCino Incentive Compensation menu, click “Report ▼ .
  2. Click “All“
  3. Click “System Audit“
  4. Click the “Users with Executive Level Access report

Reading the Report

  • Br #: Branch number the employee is in. Click to go to the branch details page.
  • Employee: Full name of the employee. Click to go to their employee details page.
  • Job Title: Employee’s job title
  • Position: Employee’s Corresponding nCino Incentive Compensation position
  • Admin: Whether or not the employee has Admin access in nCino Incentive Compensation. For more information, see Understand the Admin Checkbox.
  • New User: Date the employee was added to nCino Incentive Compensation
  • Password Sent: Date the employee was last sent their password
  • Last Log In: Date the employee last logged in

Exporting the Report

To export this page, click the export icon at the top right.

This export includes the following column(s) not present in the online version:

  • Emp #: Employee number of the user with base level access
