Employee Incentive Plan Tier Details Report

The Employee Incentive Plan Tier Details report outlines the tier structure of employee plans active during the selected timeframe.

Access the Report

To access this report:

  1. From the nCino Incentive Compensation menu, click Report ▼.

  2. Click All.

  3. Click the Compensation Plans header.

  4. Click the Employee Incentive Plan Tier Details report.

Read the Report

This report includes the following filters and display options:

  • Region, Branch, and Employee Filtering Tool: Used to filter the information on the report. For information on using this tool, refer to How do I filter reports?.

  • Date Selector: Used to select the date range for the report. For more information on using this tool, refer to How do I use the date selectors?.

This report includes the following columns:

  • Br #: Branch number for the branch the employee is in. Click to see branch details.

  • Employee: Employee name. Click to see employee details.

  • Incentive Plan: Name of the employee incentive plan. Click to view employee plan details.

  • Active: Active date for the employee plan.

  • Inactive: Inactive date for the employee plan.

  • Tier #: Tier number.

  • Metric Type: Name of the metric being used for the plan tiers.

  • Metric Value: Metric value for the tier.

  • Tier Units: Number of units required to reach the tier.

  • Tier Volume: Amount of volume required to reach the tier.

  • Tier Value: Amount of pay that corresponds to the tier.

  • Pay Unit: Unit of the pay for that tier.

  • Min $: Minimum dollar amount paid for that tier.

  • Max $: Maximum dollar amount paid for that tier.

Export the Report

To export this page, click the export icon.

This report contains all columns available in the online report, and the following additions:

  • Reg #: Region number for the branch the employee is in.

  • Emp#: Employee number

  • Employee Plan ID: Internal ID for the employee plan.

  • Plan ID: Internal ID for the incentive plan.

  • Tier Level: Whether the tiers are set on the incentive plan ("Plan"), or they can be changed on the employee-level ("Assignment").

  • Tier Type: What determines the tier used for pay.

  • Unit Offset: Number of units offset when calculating tiers. For more information, refer to Understand Tier Offsets.

  • Volume Offset: Amount of volume offset when calculating tiers. For more information, refer to Understand Tier Offsets.

  • Min/Max Per: Whether the minimum or maximum is per plan, or per tier.
