Schedule and Allocation Retirement Next Steps
In March 2025, nCino Incentive Compensation retired Schedules and Allocations. This article details what exactly that means, and how you can transition to Incentive Plans.
Retirement Details
As of March 2025, it is no longer possible to create new Schedules or Allocations. Companies that have active Schedules and Allocations have read-only access to these items.
As a reminder, companies with read-only Schedule and Allocation access:
-
Continue to calculate pay using active and assigned Schedules and Allocations.
-
Are able to view historical Schedules and Allocations.
-
Are able to inactivate Schedules, Allocations, and their related assignments.
-
Are not able to add new Schedules and Allocations.
-
Are not able to edit existing Schedules and Allocations.
-
Are not able to assign employees to existing Schedules and Allocations.
We encourage clients to use Incentive Plans for their compensation plans going forward. The Incentive Plan builder is a powerful tool to create all of the compensation plan elements that Schedules and Allocations could. It also includes additional capabilities that enable admins to simplify their company's plans.
